Payment information (credit card, bank account) is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, not by PromptVault. We never see your full card details.

From Your Browser:

• Referring website
• IP address (website only, not Extension)
• General location based on IP (city/country level, not precise)

2.3 Information NOT Collected

The Chrome Extension does not:

• Send Prompts you search for to our servers
• Track which Prompts you copy or use
• Monitor which websites you visit
• Send your custom Prompts to our servers
• Access your personal files or clipboard (except when you explicitly copy Prompt text)
• Collect browsing history

All Extension data is stored locally on your device using browser local storage.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

3.1 To Provide the Service

We use your information to:

• Deliver your purchased product (Notion template, Extension, Prompts)
• Send download links and setup instructions
• Process refund requests
• Provide customer support
• Fix technical issues
• Improve Extension compatibility with browsers and websites

• Transactional emails: Purchase confirmation, delivery, refund status
• Support emails: Responding to your questions or issues

Lemon Squeezy processes all payments. We share:

We will not delete:

• Purchase history (required for tax and legal compliance)
