1. OUR COMMITMENT

We stand behind PromptVault. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked.

We believe in making this risk-free so you can try PromptVault with confidence.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Who Can Request a Refund

You're eligible for a refund if you:

• Purchased PromptVault within the last 30 days
• Have a valid receipt or proof of purchase
• Have a PromptVault account or email associated with the purchase

Refunds are available for all three tiers:

• Starter ($29)
• Pro ($79)
• Team ($199)

2.2 Refund Timeline

Refunds must be requested within 30 calendar days of your purchase date.

Purchase date is determined by:

• The date on your Lemon Squeezy receipt
• The date shown in your order confirmation email
• The transaction date from your payment method

Example: If you purchased on January 15th, you must request a refund by February 14th.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

3.1 Request Process

To request a refund, email us at:

Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Name]"

Include in your email:

• Your full name
• Email address used for purchase
• Order date or order number
• The tier you purchased (Starter, Pro, or Team)
• Brief reason for refund (optional - not required)

3.2 No Questions Asked

We do not require:

• A detailed explanation
• Proof of why you're unsatisfied
• Screenshots or technical information
• Justification of any kind

Simply request the refund and we'll process it.

3.3 Response Time

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

If we don't respond within 3 business days, please follow up.

4. REFUND PROCESSING

4.1 Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

Total time: Typically 5-10 business days from request to receiving funds.

4.2 Refund Method

Your refund will be issued to:

• The original payment method (credit card, bank account, PayPal, etc.)
• In the original currency
• For the full purchase amount

No processing fees are deducted - you receive 100% of what you paid.

5. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER REFUND

5.1 Access Removal

Upon refund approval, your access to PromptVault will be revoked:

• The Notion template sharing link will be disabled
• Your Chrome Extension will continue to work locally (data remains on your device)
• You will not receive future updates or new Prompts
• Your license ends immediately

5.2 Data Handling

After refund:

• Your custom Prompts in the Notion template remain in your Notion workspace (Notion controls this)
• Prompt data stored locally in your Extension remains on your device
• We will not delete your email from our systems (you can request this separately)

5.3 Future Purchases

You may purchase PromptVault again at any time. Each purchase is a new transaction and includes a new 30-day refund window.

6. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What if I'm just outside the 30-day window?

A: Contact us at hello@promptvault.ca. While the 30-day window is standard, we may make exceptions if you're close to the deadline or have legitimate reasons.

Q: Do I have to delete the Notion template?

A: No. Your Notion workspace and custom Prompts are yours to keep. We simply remove your access to future updates and new Prompts.

Q: Do refunds include taxes or fees?

A: Yes. If you were charged sales tax or VAT, the full amount including taxes is refunded.
